Most billing information can be edited by users directly.
💡 Please note that only users with Owner privileges have permission to access and edit this information. You can consult our article Dashboard Roles for more details.
- To update your Address, ZIP code, and City, please click on your company name in the lower left corner and select the Billing section, then scroll down to the Billing Information section.
- If you need to update your company's Legal Name, Country or VAT number, please raise a ticket with the billing team here.
Please note that modifications made to your billing information will apply to future Aircall invoices.
