Release Notes - June 2024

All mobile lines in Germany will now become SMS capable without any action from users, both for existing lines and for new mobile lines purchased.

In addition to being able to add numbers to the Power Dialer via Aircall's Browser Extensions, users are now also able to add numbers directly through the application by importing a CSV or copying and pasting numbers.

Aircall has enhanced the call.ivr_option_selected Webhook event by adding 2 new parameters in it:

transition_started_at and transition_ended_at, which will give the timestamp when a user/customer started listening to an IVR Option and selected one of the option.

This will help in calculating the time customers are spending on IVRs.

With this feature release, users can now enable Webhook Integrations to receive real-time updates on messaging activities. The key events included are: message.sent, message.received and message.status_updated. Additionally, with this release, MMS is also now exposed for the US and CA.

Aircall is changing the filtering method to rely on the ID rather than the name of the user, tag, or team.

This allows users to distinguish between different users/tags/teams with the same name when filtering.

Additionally, Aircall is adding
"[Deleted]" to any deleted users, teams, or tags, as well as displaying deleted items at the end of the drop down list of items to be filtered.

Example: when filtering by the deleted user "Philippe Kilendo," you will see "[Deleted] Philippe Kilendo [37]" in the drop down list of users to be filtered.
