How can I change the billing frequency of my Aircall subscription?
To modify the billing frequency of your Aircall subscription, please follow these steps depending on your situation:
- If you have a dedicated Account Manager - please send an email to this specific point of contact
- If you do not have a designated Account Manager or are not sure, please email the following

What billing frequency options are available?
Aircall offers two billing frequency options:
- Monthly Billing: Payments are made once a month
- Annual Billing: Payments are made upfront once a year for the entire year. However, please note that any extras will be billed on a monthly basis. If you purchase additional users/numbers or make calls to specific prefixes that are not included in the bundle, you will receive monthly invoices for "extra charges" that were not included in the first annual invoice
Will changing the billing frequency affect my current plan?
Changing the billing frequency will not affect the features or services included in your current plan. However, it will adjust how often you are billed and may impact your total annual cost.
Are there any benefits to choosing annual billing over monthly billing?
Yes, choosing annual billing typically comes with benefits:
- Cost Savings: Annual billing can include a discount, making it more cost-effective in the long run. It can lead to savings of up to 25% on the fixed charges of your subscription
- Convenience: Fewer transactions to manage, with only one payment per year (if no extras are billed)

Can I switch back to monthly billing after selecting annual billing?
It might be possible to switch back to monthly billing. However, changes to billing frequency can usually only be made at the end of your current billing cycle.
