Notes and Tags can be added during and after calls, however it is important to note that they will be saved only after the user on the call exits the call ended view, either by clicking the “X” in the top left corner or any section at the bottom such as History or Keyboard.
As long as the user stays on the call ended page, Notes and Tags will not be saved in Aircall, and thus cannot be logged to integrations. For example, if the user stays on the call ended page and exits it 5 minutes after the call is ended, that is when Notes and Tags will be saved in Aircall and sent to Integrations.
⚠️ Important note: Should the app be reloaded before exiting the call ended view, Notes and Tags will be lost, meaning they will not be logged to integrations.
When a user is on the CTI (Aircall app within Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.), other actions taken on the CRM such as refreshing the page itself or opening another record may make the CTI reload. It is necessary to exit the call ended view before taking any further action in order to ensure notes and tags are saved in Aircall and logged to integrations.
