While Focus mode is great when needed, there are some notifications that you must have. For example, during work hours you may not want text messages from friends, but do want calls from your Aircall app. By adding Aircall as an exception to Focus mode, agents can silence the notifications they don't want, while still being able to use the Aircall iOS app as needed.
Adding Aircall as an exception
- First, open Settings and find Focus
- On the Focus screen, select the Focus mode that you would like to add Aircall as an exception to
- Under Allow Notifications, select Apps
- On this screen ensure that Allow Notifications From is checked
- Once checked, click the plus sign to add any app that you want notifications from while in Focus mode
- Select the Aircall app
- Now you will see the Aircall app (and any other selected apps) in the Allow Notifications From section of the previous screen
That’s it! Now the Aircall app will be excluded from the iOS Focus Mode 🎉
