When troubleshooting Analytics issues or questions with Aircall Support, it's important to provide key details to ensure Support Agents are quickly able to assist.
What details should be provided?
- If possible, an export of the data you are viewing should be shared with Support
- If there are differences between what is seen in the export and the dashboard pages, screenshots of the pages should additionally be shared
- Details on the selections for all filters should be provided
- The easiest way to share this information with Support is to follow these steps:
- Log into Aircall
- Navigate to the correct report/analytics page
- Set up your filters for the report
- Copy the link generated in the URL section of your browser
- Paste this link as a comment in the support ticket
- With this link Support will be able to attempt to replicate the issue/troubleshoot questions, along with check any backend information
