Want to update who receives your Aircall invoices? If you need to add or remove an existing invoice recipient, you can easily manage this directly from the Aircall Dashboard. Please be aware that only a user with the admin role has the permissions to perform this action.
Where do I locate my invoice recipients?
- Log in to the Dashboard
- Click on your company name, located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel
- Click on the Billing tab
- Once there, scroll down to the bottom of the list of invoices where you will find the Send invoices to section
- To delete an existing invoice recipient contact, bring your cursor to the far right of the email in question, click on the 3 vertical black dots, and select delete invoice recipient
- To add an invoice recipient email, select +Add an email recipient in green, and add the contact on the far left
- Select Confirm on the far right to finalize and save to your dashboard
