After installing the Aircall Desktop app, users may occasionally find that they receive the following message (or one similar):
Should you see this message, please follow these steps to be able to fully open your app:
- Go to the Finder on your Mac
- Locate your Aircall app
- Right-click/control-click the app icon
- Select "Open"
After opening with this method, you should no longer see the error message, and will be able to open the app normally moving forward.
