To access Aircall Support, you will need to have an Aircall user account with one of the following user roles: Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor.
If your only role is Agent, you will not be able to access support and will need to connect with an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor of your Aircall account.
If you have the Agent role in addition to an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor role, you will be able to contact Support.

I’m an Agent without an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor role and I need help
To receive support, you will first need to consult with an Aircall user for your company with an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor role.
The Owner, Administer, and/or Supervisor user will be able to contact Support for assistance or submit a ticket using the following instructions: Using Aircall's Support Portal

I am locked out of my Aircall account and can not sign in
If you cannot access your Aircall account, you may receive assistance by:

Asking an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor to contact Support on your behalf to troubleshoot

Submitting a request through the Unauthenticated Support Request form. Please note that our team is only able to assist with account access/sign-in issues through this form.

I am an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor and would like to include an Agent on a Support ticket
If you are an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor of your Aircall account, you can CC additional ticket contributors when you are submitting a new ticket or replying to an existing ticket. This will allow additional people to be involved in the ticket, while you still retain overall responsibility and visibility.

I don’t have an Aircall account but need assistance with billing
To receive assistance with billing, please contact an Owner, Administer, and/or Supervisor user and request that they contact Billing by submitting a ticket using the following instructions, adding you in CC: Using Aircall's Support Portal
This will allow you to engage with this ticket without an Aircall user account.
