Looking to see your call activity in semi-real time? Aircall's Live Feed displays all of your agents calls as soon as they have ended.
How to access the Activity Feed

Log in to the Dashboard

Click on Activity Feed located in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen
What is shown in the Activity Feed?
The Activity Feed will show all calls, that have ended, which were made or received by your agents. Information on the status of the call (answered, missed, etc.), the agent who made/received the call, the duration, the Aircall number the call was made/received from/to, and the time of the call.
You will also be able to listen to any call recordings or voicemails for applicable calls by clicking on the green/yellow play button on the right of calls (green for recordings, yellow for voicemails):
By clicking on the "i", a page will pull up where you can also listen to recordings, and are additionally able to copy a link to share the recording:
If you have a Professional or Custom plan, you will also have access to the Live Feed.
Filters
At the top of the page you have filters which can be applied to see calls only from certain Numbers, Users, Teams, or Call Types.
