We’ve recently changed the source of our analytics data. This new data source will be used for all analytics data captured from July 2023 onwards. This change is aimed at enhancing data quality and freshness, as well as paving the way for faster delivery of new features and enhancements to benefit you.
Here's what you can expect as a user of Aircall's analytics dashboards:
Data freshness
In using our previous data source, while live data was always available on our live activity feed, we would sometimes have a delay of up to two hours in data appearing on our historical dashboards. With our new data source, your data will appear with a delay of one hour at the absolute maximum, ensuring that your data is as accurate as possible.
Stronger foundation for improvements
Our new data infrastructure enables us to accelerate dashboard development (such as including additional data points and metrics in future) and seamlessly integrate new data sources. This means we can continuously bolster our already robust analytics offerings and deliver the features and data you desire even faster.
Enhanced data accuracy
The transition to our new data source has allowed us to resolve minor instances of data duplication. While this will have a negligible (<1%) impact on metrics, it ensures that your data remains as accurate as possible.

Please note that no other changes to your analytics experience will take place. This change will not impact, for example:
- The way we calculate data
- The display of or visualizations within any dashboard
- The availability of any metrics or charts included in any dashboard
This new data source will be rolled out in November-December 2023.
