Identified Oct. 2, 2023:
Aircall users who have updated to macOS Sonoma may be impacted by application and calling issues when using the Aircall Desktop or Web applications.
Issues include:
- Inability to place or receive calls
- Inability to detect audio devices
- No audio, in or out
- Long delays due to latency/other network related issues
- General decreased performance of the Aircall Desktop/Web app
Additionally, macOS Sonoma’s new “voice isolation” feature can cause issues when enabled, including the sound picked up by a user’s microphone to be cut. Currently we recommend disabling this feature.
Aircall is working with our partners to resolve these issues. To follow updates, please visit: https://status.aircall.io/
