Please note: The instructions listed in this article are exclusively applicable to those who have had SAML Single Sign-On activated for their company by Aircall. To have SAML Single Sign-On activated for your company, please contact your Account Manager. Please note that, at this time, this functionality is only offered for a limited number of customers.

Step 1: Create a SAML application
- Open the Ping Identity console.
- From the navigation menu on the left-hand side, expand the Connections section, and then click on Applications.
- On the Applications page, click on the '+' button to create a new application.
- On the Add application modal:
- Enter a name for the application(e.g. acme-aircall)
- Enter the description
- Select Add Application
- Click on Configure.
Step 2: Configure SAML
- On the Add application modal, for SAML Configuration, select Manually Enter:
- ACS URLs:
https://sso.aircall.io/saml2/idpresponse
- Entity Id:
urn:amazon:cognito:sp:us-west-2_hZkGBmIsz
- Click on Save.
- ACS URLs:
- Then acme-aircall(the name entered in 4 above) will appear on the modal
- Enable the switch right next to it
- Click on the Attribute Mappings tab
- Click on the Edit button
- Click on Add button from the Attribute Mapping section
- Attributes:

- PingOne Mappings:

- Attributes:
- Click on the Access tab
- Click on the Edit button
- Check the user groups that are going to be using SAML authentication for Aircall
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Click on the Download Metadata button to export the XML file
- Or, copy the IDP Metadata URL
