Whenever you click on the password reset link that has been sent to your email, you are taken to the Aircall login page, instead of the page to reset your password.
The reset link taking you to the wrong page is often times caused by stored data in your browser.
One solution is to choose to open the link in a private/incognito window to bypass the stored data.
