Contract Cancellation Requirements
Singapore phone numbers with an existing contract term tied to the existing L6 numbers. If yes, the client may need to pay the penalty for early termination with their current provider. The losing provider must confirm the following details for L6 numbers to be ported:

Single or a block range of 10 numbers and above.

Leased line holder - Singtel, M1, Starhub, MyRepublic, Verizon or Resellers
Any outstanding invoice or bill to the existing provider may delay the porting process.

Submitting a Port Request
If you would like to port your existing phone number to your Aircall account, please be prepared to provide the following information:

The number you would like to port-in

Your current provider / carrier
* If your current carrier is another VoIP service, please reach out to ask them who is the true underlying carrier/owner of the number(s)

Full name of the owner of the number

Service address on file with current carrier

A copy of your most recent invoice

Lead time: 3 weeks

The porting process takes about three weeks on average. The porting process takes place during Singapore working or office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The receipt of a port request will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
