We've released a new version of the Zoho CRM integration. What's new?
Improved performance:
By updating to the most recent version of our Zoho CRM integration, you will experience more reliable call duration metrics and call recordings.
No more switching:
Accessing Zoho Phonebridge, or the pop-up in the right corner of Zoho CRM, is no longer available with the latest version of our Zoho CRM integration. This also means that you no longer have to switch between the Aircall phone app and Zoho Phonebridge. Instead, install Aircall's desktop app and our click-to-dial browser extensions to make and receive phone calls from one place.
Call activity added to Timeline:
Phone calls will log in the Contact, Lead, or Account timeline in Zoho CRM, in addition to being captured as Activities as in the previous version.
Call comments added as Notes:
Save more time by seeing call comments in the Notes section of a Contact, Lead, or Account page. You can still find these call comments as a description of your call activity as in the previous version.
⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED: If you previously installed the Aircall Zoho Phonebridge integration, you’ll need to install the latest version of the Zoho CRM integration in order to continue to sync your platforms.
