See who’s calling and quickly access SugarCRM profiles
With Aircall’s Insight Cards, the caller’s name, any associated opportunities, and a link to the Prospect or Contact profile in SugarCRM will be displayed in Aircall as soon as the phone rings, or while you’re on the phone.
⚠️ Please note: In order to view Opportunity information in your Aircall Insight Cards, you will need to be using a Sugar Sell or Enterprise plan as the Opportunity module is not available within Sugar Serve. Accepted number formats
Currently the E.164, International and National number formats are supported.
Troubleshooting: If caller details do not appear within Aircall, check to make sure that the number is associated with a Prospect or Contact within SugarCRM, and that the number format is supported by the integration.
