New Authentication:

Aircall is introducing a new authentication system that relies on Amazon Cognito, which provides management for user authentication as well as access control.

This new authentication system provides increased system security for Aircall users, as well as paves the way for future improvements (including a Single Sign-On feature).

This new authentication system started rolling out in 2021, with existing users being progressively moved off the old system.

⚠️ If your company has not been fully migrated to the new authentication system, please do feel free to reach out to the Support Team for assistance.

How will the change work?

Once the new system has been released, new users will not need to take any action.

⚠️ Please note: Admins will only be able to make changes for users who are on the same authentication system.
