Here are some helpful tips to keep your computer running smoothly while using Aircall:

✅ Make sure that your operating system (OS) is kept up to date.
✅ Power down your device when it is not being used, or restart your device at least once per week.
✅ Free up drive space/storage space by eliminating unnecessary files.
✅ For Windows, adjust visual effects for best performance.
✅ Uninstall unnecessary programs and applications.

CPU Overload
CPU overload occurs when there are several apps running in the background taking up your computer's processing power and this can negatively impact the functionality of the Aircall app, as well as the quality of calls you make or receive.
The best fix for a slow computer or an overloaded CPU is to quit any apps you are not currently using and only keep the apps you are readily using open and active. Running fewer applications at a time will allow each application you actively use to function at its best.
Here are instructions to help you to assess if certain applications are contributing to CPU overload:
CPU Activity on Mac

Open the Activity Monitor app on your Mac:

Click CPU to sort the results by the percentage of CPU capability used.
CPU Activity on Windows

Open your Resource Monitor app (this can be done by searching for 'Resource Monitor' in your Start Menu).

Click on the CPU tab.
