HubSpot's Reporting Dashboards offer an option for Professional and Enterprise users to add external content directly into their Dashboards. This means that users are able to add and view Aircall's Admin Dashboard directly within HubSpot. For more information on adding the Aircall Dashboard to HubSpot, please view the video or steps below.
Please note, this feature is only available for HubSpot Professional and Enterprise users.
Adding Aircall into HubSpot
To begin, you will need to navigate to the Dashboards section, under the Reports dropdown
You can either edit an existing Dashboard or create a new one. Once in your Dashboard, simply click Actions, then Add external content
Select Other content, enter a Title, add your Aircall Admin Dashboard URL, then click Create
Once added, simply click and drag from the bottom right to resize your Admin Dashboard
That's it! 🎉 Your Aircall Admin Dashboard is now ready for use in HubSpot.
You are unable to log in to your Aircall Dashboard directly from HubSpot. Admins will need to make sure they have signed in directly on Aircall's Admin Dashboard page before trying to use it within HubSpot. This means that non-Admin users will not be able to access Aircall's Dashboard in HubSpot, even if they have access to the HubSpot Dashboard. These users will instead see a loading symbol.
You are unable to use the Live Coaching feature from the Aircall's Dashboard in HubSpot.
Embedded content such as the Aircall Dashboard will count towards your item limit for each Dashboard, but will not count toward your limit of custom reports. For more information, please visit HubSpot's Product & Services catalog.
