In addition to submitting a ticket and calling in, some customers will have the option to chat with our Support team by accessing the Product Support Chat located in Aircall’s Support Portal.
Chat will be available for Aircall Owners, Administrators, and/or Supervisors of accounts with 11 or more user seats. For more information, please visit: Changes to Aircall Support Access
Access to our Support portal with your existing Aircall credentials by following these steps:

If you are not already logged in, click Submit or View Requests

If you are not signed into the Aircall Dashboard, you will be prompted to sign in. Please make sure to sign in with the same method you typically use to log in to Aircall (either by Email and Password, Sign in with Google, or SSO)

Although some user roles will not have access to the Aircall Dashboard, all users will still be directed to this page and should sign in there. Please note that access to the Support portal will not grant access to the Dashboard

Once signed in, you will see a Contact Us drop-down, where you can select Chat with Product Support

Simply answer the prompts to be connected an agent
⚠️ Please note that we do not currently provide chat support in Spanish or German. You will have the option to chat with us in English or submit a ticket in the language of your choice.
