Make and receive calls from Front
Making and receiving calls from Front is easy! Just follow these simple steps to configure your Aircall CTI within Front:
- Log in to your Front account
- Go to Settings
- Make sure to select Company, rather than Personal
- Navigate to the App store
- Either search for Aircall or locate the Aircall app in the Plugin section
- Click See details
- Click Start using this app
- From your Inbox, click the Aircall icon in the right sidebar, then log in to your Aircall account to start using
Call Notes and Tags
In order to ensure all notes and tags are appropriately saved in the call logs, please make sure to click on Keep conversation open or Close conversation in the Call ended screen after each call. Should the page be refreshed, or the CTI closed, before clicking an option, notes and tags may not save.
