Porting requests and other inquiries can be submitted via our ticketing portal. To obtain an update on an ongoing request we advise contacting the Aircall Porting Team within the open porting ticket.
All updates to your porting request will also be delivered via email, however, it is recommended to provide responses directly within your support portal ticket.
The Aircall Porting Team will contact you via the open ticket with any updates on your porting status. Within the updates, the porting agent will include all pertinent information and will advise if any additional information or verification is needed for the porting process.
