How do I enable my number for use with a third-party SMS provider?
⚠️ Please note that Third-Party SMS is only available for numbers with SMS capability. Active French Mobiles not using Third-Party SMS and new French Mobiles added to your account will not support Third-Party SMS due to an Update of the French National Numbering Plan.
You will need to enable use by contacting the third-party SMS provider directly. For more information on each of our partners, and the processes on their end, please look below:

Should you decide to remove third-party SMS enablement, please request removal from the third-party SMS provider directly.

Using other SMS Providers
Should you wish to use your number for SMS with a provider not listed above, please note that you will need to own the number in your own Twilio account and will need to set up SMS with Twilio and the provider directly.
