Aircall currently integrates with Heymarket, Sakari, Salesmsg, Textline, MessageMedia, and SMS-Magic for third-party SMS. For information on our native SMS feature, please visit:
How do I enable my number for use with a third-party SMS provider?
⚠️ Please note that Third-Party SMS is only available for US, Canadian, Australian, UK, German, and existing French Aircall Numbers. Any new French numbers added to your Aircall account will not work with Third-Party SMS due to an Update of the French National Numbering Plan.
First, you will need to reach out to the Aircall Support Team to enable your number(s) for use with a third-party SMS provider. You can reach out to us through our support portal to submit this request.
When submitting your request, please include the number(s) you want to be enabled and which third-party SMS provider you plan to use.
Use the following link to submit this request:
⚠️ Please note: the numbers you plan to use with third-party SMS providers must be hosted on a specific carrier on our end. If your existing numbers are not already hosted on that carrier, we can assist with porting these numbers over to the proper carrier or can provide replacement numbers through the approved carrier. Replacing the numbers is the recommended option, and is the quickest.
How do I finish setting up my numbers for use with the SMS provider?
Once Aircall has enabled your number(s) for the requested provider, you will need to complete the setup by contacting them directly. For more information on each of our partners, and the processes on their end, please look below:

Using other SMS Providers
Should you wish to use your number for SMS with a provider not listed above, please note that you will need to own the number in your own Twilio account and will need to set up SMS with Twilio and the provider directly.
For more information on how Twilio numbers can be used with Aircall, please visit:

⚠️ Please note: Third-Party SMS is not compatible with Aircall's native feature. Should you be making use of both the Aircall SMS and a third-party SMS provider, any messages sent in one platform will not be visible on the other.
⚠️ MMS is not supported with third-party SMS.
