If an existing user needs more or fewer privileges than their current role allows them, you can configure this through the Dashboard with the following steps:
Log in to the Dashboard
Click on User in the navigation menu
Select the user and go to the General tab
Under Profile Settings, select the Role as Admin, Supervisor, Agent, or Owner
Click Save Changes
⚠️ Please Note: Agents and Supervisors are not able to change user roles. Admins can edit and create other Admins, Supervisors or Agents. Owners have limited role permissions and are only able to create and edit other Owner users.
