Installing Your ActiveCampaign Integration

With Aircall and ActiveCampaign, teams can capture call data to accelerate sales cycles, automate marketing campaigns, and create personalized customer experiences starting from the first touchpoint.

Setting up Aircall's ActiveCampaign integration only takes a few steps!

To begin, please ensure that you have Admin rights in both Aircall and ActiveCampaign, and that all of your Aircall users are registered with the same email address on both accounts.

Installing Your ActiveCampaign Integration

Follow the simple steps below to get started:

  • Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard

  • Select Integrations & API from the left sidebar menu

  • Find and click on ActiveCampaign in the Discover integrations section

  • Click on Install integration to start the install flow

  • Authorize ActiveCampaign to access information about your calls

  • Select the numbers you would like to be linked with your integration

  • Click Add numbers to continue

⚠️ Please note that you may choose to skip this step if needed, but in order for call activity to log in ActiveCampaign, at least one number will need to be selected. If you would like to add or remove numbers associated with your integration at any point, you can do so directly in the Aircall Dashboard.

  • Before continuing, please gather the following information:

    • Account Name: In ActiveCampaign, navigate to Settings > Account in the lefthand menu. Copy the Account Name

    • API URL: In ActiveCampaign, navigate to Settings > Developer in the lefthand menu. Copy the API URL

    • API Key: In ActiveCampaign, navigate to Settings > Developer in the lefthand menu. Copy the API Key

    • Email Domain: This is a fake email that will be used to populate the email field when a new contact is created in ActiveCampaign from a call. Users can use any dummy email, and will need to decide on one before moving forward

  • Enter your Account Name, API URL, API Key, and Email Domain

  • Click Next to continue, then Finish to be complete the installation

That's all! 🎉 Your ActiveCampaign integration is now installed.
