With the exception of requesting assistance logging in, tickets may only be submitted by users logged in with an Aircall account.
Additionally, tickets must be submitted by users with Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor-level permissions to obtain support. Users with only the Agent role will not have access to Support and will need to work with a user with Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor-level permissions to obtain support.
If you do not have an Aircall account, but need to submit a ticket, please have an Aircall user that you are working with submit the ticket on your behalf and add your email address to the CC section. Once CC'd to the ticket, you will then be able to follow up yourself via email.
